Unfinished Permanent Jewelry Chain

  • Starting at $5 per foot
  • Minimum Order: 60 meters per chain style (180 feet)

Finished Jewelry

Includes bracelets, necklaces, bangles, and charms.

  • Starting at $3 per piece
  • Minimum Order: 120 pieces per style.

Pricing may vary based on design complexity, customization, and order quantity.

Exclusive Manufacturing

Want a design that's yours alone?

For a one-time fee of $1,000 per approved design, we'll reserve your approved design exclusively for your business.

With Exclusive Manufacturing:

  • Your approved design will not be sold on our website, in stores, or elsewhere.
  • We will not manufacture or sell the approved design to another company/customer.
  • Future production of that design will be reserved exclusively for your business.

Exclusivity means that Weld & Wear Manufacturing will exclusively manufacture the approved design for your business and will not manufacture, market, or sell that approved design to any other customer or list it on our website or wholesale catalog. Exclusivity does not transfer or grant any ownership or intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other legal protections. Customers are responsible for obtaining any intellectual property rights they wish to pursue. Weld & Wear Manufacturing makes no representation that a design is eligible for intellectual property protection and cannot prevent third parties from independently creating, manufacturing, marketing, or selling similar or identical products.

2. Receive Your Quote

We'll review your project and provide pricing, production timelines, and available options. Please allow up to 10 business days for approval.

3. Approve Your Design

Once your design and quote are approved, production is reserved for your order.

4. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins.

Because every order is custom manufactured, approved orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

5. Production

Your products are manufactured and carefully inspected for quality.

6. Shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be securely packaged and shipped to the address provided.

Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated in your quote. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for international shipments.

Average timeline is 12-14 weeks from start of production until it is shipped to you.

Frequently asked questions
Can you create a completely custom chain?

Yes. We work with clients to develop exclusive chain designs and custom jewelry. Our goal is to provide easy access to manufacture your very own pieces to offer to your own clients.
What materials are available?

We currently are only manufacturing products in 304 Stainless Steel and PVD (Physical vapor deposition) Stainless Steel in a multitude of colors and enamel.

When will I get my order?

We work quickly to produce and ship your order as soon as possible. Production normally takes 12-14 weeks. We will keep you posted with updates throughout the entire process, including photos of the product and tracking information once production is finalized.

Do you manufacture in small quantities?

Our minimum order quantity for custom chain is 60 meters (180 feet) and 120 pieces for custom jewelry such as bracelets, anklets, etc. If you'd like a smaller order, please still apply and we will be in touch to see if it's possible.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. You can expect shipping to cost anywhere from $50-$300 depending on the pieces you have manufactured. For example, if you choose to have a large cuban chain made (5mm and up), it will weigh much more than a 1mm chain. We will include shipping costs in your quote.
Can you make anything?

We can produce just about anything! If it's not possible, our technicians will suggest similar concepts for approval. We will never proceed on a concept without your approval.

When is payment due?

Payment is due in full once your design is approved by you. After you apply, we will send you an email with confirmation that your design is either possible or not possible, we will attach your quote, and you will confirm everything from the color, to the size, to the pattern. We will not start production until you give us your 100% approval and we receive payment.

Can I order a sample first?

Unfortunately, we would not be able to send a sample of your product because it has to go through CAD, production, and our team. We can send you a sample of our own chains made in our manufacturing facility for you to test and feel the quality.
